godzilla oc genesis

type: plant/multicellular  organism   size:5-6 times size of Godzilla

origin/creation: eco terrorist group scales attacks oil rig that's secret lab government is using to study various kaiju dna/cells, rig explodes and sinks, its dna/cell material fuses/mixes with a patch of plankton that soon mutates and divides rapidly into plant mass.

abilities/characteristics: light weight and gas sacks/pockets allow it to hover/fly in air, has bulging glob-like mass of middle body with openings and giant flower-like mouth that can opens and close, several back spikes/tubes that propel it, two bulgy fat short arms with mouth hands like one on body.

abilities: releases white mist that causes lifeforms like plants and animals to mutate into kaiju like creatures, affects continue/advance with more/continued direct contact, it possesses incredible regenative abililites healing from wounds almost instantly, has no central nervous system/organs so can't be killed quickly or easily.

weakness: weightlessness can be used to direct it, it has limited lifespan, more it regenerates less time it has left, green skin is healthiest while red skin is near death or damaged beyond repair, mist is its cells also lessening its lifespan.

cure for mutations is several nucleuses in its body which contains all its genetic code, but if genesis deteriates too much or whole body dies at once then nucleuses will rot and wither if still attached when dead red cells touch them, also mutagenic mist is in body so humans need hazmat suits or they'll keep mutating and growing.

feeds on sunlight, carbon dioxide, and micro organisms in air.

effects of mist: person/animal/plant will bond with specific kaiju dna type and mutate into it, animals seem to become more feral while humans keep mind but gain new instincts that may be hard to control, continued exposure for humans keep mutating into creature and lose human traits like hands or human/bipedal shape maybe lose ability to talk even becoming feral/animal-like, more continued exposure have victims will keep growing in size to kaiju proportions.

plot plan: have nicks team whose partially/mostly mutated, they manage to get a healthy nucleus but genesis is starting to die/collapse on them, nick or randy have crazy idea to escape, one breaks hazmat suit and exposed/inhales mist, grows and starts tearing way out of genesis, person is 1/4 [one fourth] size of Godzilla, cure works best for least infected/exposed victims, nick/randy is taking longer to change back team is afraid their stuck/uncureable but soon starts changing back to human form.
