jojo bizarre adventure: before stone ocean, teen girl gets caught up in fight with jotaro and enemy, girl is hit by stand arrow after it cuts jotaro/star platinum as it passes by them, girls body randomly turns into small custom star platinum with her features, needs to find cure/stabilizer or she'll be stuck as stand ghost.
